Yogi government is committed to the development of Devvani Sanskrit

Sanskrit, the language of Gods and Vedas, is the mother of all languages. To restore its ancient glory to Sanskrit, the government of the honourable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji took care of Sanskrit schools/colleges. Scholarships for students of Sanskrit schools and colleges, which were neglected for the last 24 years, have been increased. Similarly, after 17 years, the Yogi government started giving recognition to new Sanskrit secondary schools. The arrangement of free textbooks and mid-day meals for students of class 6-8 studying in government and aided Sanskrit medium schools has also been started in the Yogi government. Earlier , there were only two government Sanskrit medium schools in the state. But the Yogi government established 15 new residential Sanskrit medium schools. For the first time , the Yogi government has approved an amount of ₹ 100 crore in the budget for the development , expansion and strengthening of infrastructure of 900 aided Sanskrit secondary schools in the state.
