We analyze each case and offer the best possible solution based on the analysis. We repair devices in a timely fashion but without rushing to get job done because we value quality over quantity. We treat customers' devices the same way we treat our own ones. If customers do not satisfy with our service, it means we’ve failed. Therefore, we always do whatever we can to make sure we deserve our customers' time and trust. Even though we could not get customer's device fixed occasionally, we still wish the customer to have a happy experience with us, and we'd be happy to offer credit or discounts for next visit.
